    Default Winter Ft. Rich Hunt

Just interested to see how many folks on here got this hunt? Dad got the tag this year and we're looking forward to hopefully having some moose on the table this Christmas

What about the rest of you? Looking for that big bull? anything with meat on it?

I plan on being there. Was going to the orientation last night and did a last minute check and discovered no proof of insurance card. Better at home than the gate. I'll be there on the 12th.

Always looking for a big bull, but meat is meat.

I was drawn for the fall hunt two years ago and came home empty-handed. My buddy got a 50" bull though. I hope this winter's hunt goes better. I've been lucky winning these tags but not so lucky seeing moose. I'm hoping to be batting .500 by Jan 15!

Get him soon. Antlers are already falling.

Have a great hunt. Take a sled.

Last friday (4th) There was a decent bull around 40 inches on poleline road around 11:30 AM. At the base of the first big decline once you get off Davis HWY. We stopped and let it cross 3 ft in front of the truck. Good Luck!
