    Default Bleaching Antlers

I have a moose I shot last season while in velvet. I removed all the velvet after the hunt but since then the antlers have just been sitting around. I'm finally getting around to doing an antler mount and have some questions.

What is a good way to get the blochy blood spots out of the antlers?

How much of the blood needs to be removed so as not to affect staining?

Best method for covering skull plate for mounting? Paper mache, foam form?

    Default Panel

These are the panels I use for moose and caribou antler mounts.. I can get them in Oak (pictured) or Walnut.. Both woods are solid.. Elk, deer and a few other things can be laser engraved also..
