Vince here are some Grizzly pictures over one of our bait stands....And mind you we never did hunt the stand because we had to many bears on another site.

    Default Griz

Both my sites (20B) where black bear productive until 2 years ago. Then nothing but griz. I baited them the same as before. I have since changed to sweet feed but had no luck this last year. I wish we could bait griz unit 20. If you or vince need more pics let me know. Hillbilly

You guys to realize it is against the rules to post trail cam pics without mentioning the brand of cam!! I am in the market for one now. The one is a stealth cam, but would be cool to know what model. Others I have no clue, but they look good.

    Thumbs up Stealth cam

Mines the older 450 model. Its not infared. It takes good picks if you set it up pointing no where near the sun. It use to take really good picks but even in its bear proof box it has taken some licks. I beleive its been tore off the tree twice. Good thing for the safety chain. Hillbilly

I get like 8 or 9 different brown bears in my bait every spring, and this is unit 14. If I go by F&G's population estimates, I have like 5% of brownies from unit 14 in my bait. Yeah, right! More bears than they know.

how often have you all SEEN the grizz in that bait WHILE you were in the stand?

    Default Notes

I keep detailed notes on the weather, moon phase etc. I also make notes on all of the critters I see and their behavior. I hunted my stand 13 times last year a had grizzly encounters on 4 of those days. They have never showed up earlier than 1 June.
