    Default Alaska Wildsheep Foundation

Is the Alaska Wildsheep Foundation "Dead" ???? ( I see they still call it FNAWS) I went on the web site and nothing at all, everything is outdated, and the last events were in 2007 and 2008. Was thinking about joining but now I'm wondering if I should or not, I enjoy going to banquets and events and wanting to meet other fellow sheep hunters during the "off season". Just wondering if anyone here on the forum is a member?... Anyways...261 days til' sheep season............Chuck K.

I was on there a few weeks ago. Tried to send an e-mail to the president, but it would not work. Anybody know anything?

Default Wayne is busy right now.

I think that Wayne has been busy with the any sheep shift in 13D. He has
been fighting with the fg biologists.

I really think that we need to get that group back together.
It might be a case where our humble forum sponsor Michael Strahan gets involved-he did it in the past. I think he would do a great job with it.

I don't know more. I do know that my personal research is going great.
I hope to connect with Randy Zarneke in the next couple weeks.

    Sincerely,
    Thomas

There was a lot of talk about FNAWS a couple years ago. They were taking a lot of heat over one of their board members. With a mostly new board I would join.

Kinda new to sheep hunting but long time hunter. I think if there is a primmer, there might be a response to getting the group active again.

I would be interested in helping out.

    Cool website

"Out of Date" websites and unanswered emails do way more harm that good. I gave them up for dead long ago.
