    Default Remington Model 12 deal

I picked this up the other day for $75, Model 12 .22 take down. Serial # puts manufacturer date around 1929.

The last time I shot one of these was at a carnival in the 1950's.

    Nice little collectors gun.

I'd say you got quite a deal if the bore is in decent shape at all. I have one given to me by an uncle several years ago and it is a fine little rifle. I've used it for all kinds of small game, plinking at the range and it is frequently the rifle I choose to train a new shooter. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do mine.

It's been in storage for 20-30 years and the bore and rest of the rifle is in very good shape. I think I'll be having some fun with it.
