    Default Nice Tie

Nice Tie. I can see how that would take a while. Have you caught any pike or bass with it, or is it one of those that was so much work to tie you don't want to risk fishing with it?

scott...I only made one and I dont plan on fishing with it. I have caught some on dahlberg divers that I've spun up and some mice patterns.

Impressive. Shoot, I consider myself past the point of just learning to spin, but I dont think I could do it that good. Guess I am still just learning. Nice job. Probably a expensive fly you got there!

Thanks, kinda humbling considering it really doenst look that great lol...really any one pig headed enough to deal with the mess can spin hair and do it well. Has gotten kinda beat up in storage over the years. Oh well, maybe it's time for another one .

Sure wish I could do it like Guy Lee! I've always wanted one of his grayling flys...it's literally a grayling, spun hair, peacock swords for the fin. Purdy!
