    Smile chili

Here is my current favorite: I use ground or stew meat, polish sausage or even cut up steak. I have used sheep, caribou and moose. I also add beans but its good either way. Just brown the meat in the onion and garlic then add the rest of the ingredients and cook it a while....(I first saw it on Rachel Rays show)

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), corn oil or vegetable oil
    2 pounds game meat
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 rounded tablespoon chili powder (a palmful)
1 tablespoon grill seasoning (a palmful), such as McCormick brand Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 tablespoon ground cumin (a palmful)
1/2 tablespoon ground coriander (half a palmful)
    1 bottle lager-style beer
    1 cup beef stock
    1 can chunky-style crushed tomatoes (28 ounces)

We do not go to the green woods and crystal waters to rough it, we go to smooth it. We get it rough enough at home; in towns and cities; in shops, offices, stores, banks anywhere that we may be placed
