    Exclamation River riders willow area!!!

Well if you ride the river out of the Willow area you will see some big improvements on the Corral Hill Trail! The Willow Trail Committee and voulunteers got in about 100hrs and $2700 dollars brushing the whole trail, and with renting the Mat-Su Trail Counsels Excavater and have redone the hill and run out to the Big Su slough below Deshka Landing. Now it will be easyer to take loads down and a whole lot safer getting on the Su. New signage and Kiosk will make this part of the S.V.W.T. much safer for the snowmachining public! Being this trail is used by 1000's every winter, upgrades were needed real bad! Not everybody was happy, but it was all work out with the State of AK. and Snowtract Committee.

Check this out on your next run out of Willow!

Just another great project done by the all voulunteer army in Willow.

We take the Bumps so you don't have too!!!!

Thanks alot trailboss, sure do appreciate the work!
Does this new route shorten up the woods distance and get you on the river quicker or smooth out the bumps/turns some?
    Either way, we appreciate it.

    Thumbs up Same Trail!

Same trail. Most of the big changes are on the hill and the run out. The State would not let us cut any big trees, But the trail was trimmed of all little stuff, 4ft. on either side. And the bad corner by the overlook was totally redone. All this will make sight distance better and make the hill and run out much safer!!!
