    Default Air transports to Brooks

I believe ALL commercial Air carriers that fly Hunters into the North Eastern Brooks Range will not fly "solo" hunters in at all.....they require a minimum of two hunters, but there could be a transporter or two out there that might, unless you have your own plane.

Draw? I thought most areas up there were harvest.

I'm planning the Brooks for 2010 too. I'm going to get my brother to drag me up the mountain one last time.

I believe what shphntr is implying was that if a person was to win a DCUA, TMA, or Chugach sheep tag they'd likely bail on the Brooks hunt for another year when they aren't quite as lucky and likely have more cash to do so due to buying lotto tickets to continue to cash out on their lucky streak.

Thanks, I'm not up on the acronyms up there. I just go where I'm told, it's all good.
