Default 116lbs of Liverworst? only a spread?

some how or another we ended up with 116 lbs of liver sausage this year... seems there is a 150% gain on 3 moose livers. so my partner and i have plenty. good thing i love it. on May and bread..

but is there any other recipes that would be tasty and maybe interest the wife and kiddos in it some more?

    116 lbs??????

WOW..only so much pate a family can eat in a year.

Stuffed cabbage would be a good combo. (butter, onions, garlic, sausage, salt, pepper into hollow core.Wrap with foil, bake at 275f about 1.5 hours)

On the smoker split some peppers (green, yellow, pablano, jalapeno, pasilla) and stuff with liver sausage and cheese of choice. Wrap with bacon slices and smoke @ 225f for 2.5 hours.

Mulit bean soup with 1/2" slices of any sausage is a winner.

One question.. does it taste like liverwurst or jimmy dean with liver?
