    Default kodiak transporter

    hello, looking to do a 4 day deer trip with 1 or 2 buddies. i need to get off the road system and into the rifle area. im sure boat based transporters are the cheapest to be dropped off, but any info would be great. thanks vance

    Just got back from kodiak, like they said, the only down side is that he may be booked through the season...good luck...

    Yep Roland is unflappable! He is probably booked but I would always check w/ him at Seahawk first. As a backup Andrews is a quality flight service as well and they have a 206 rate if I recall correctly which should get you and 1 or 2 buds out if you pack light. Then you should be able to get back out of the field with a small to medium beaver load if you all fill your tags.

    I support the previous replies. I've flown with Seahawk and Andrew Air and both are excellent transporters.

    I've also flown with Steve Harvey of Harvey Aviation (or Flying Service) and he is also a top flight pilot.

    Any of the 3 that you can get a flight with will provide you with super service.

    BTW, all 3 will suggest a satellite phone for communications.
