rabbit hunting tips
I am looking for any tips on rabbit/ hare hunting. my 8 year old really wants to give it a try and I have not hunted rabbits in way to many years to remember. we will be up in the lake louise area. is it better to hunt at dawn or dusk? are they out hopping about during the day? what type of terrain do you usually find them in, willows? spurce? basic alaska pucker brush?
any and all hints or tips would help me out.
Here ya go...

AOD (now OAS) is the best source, but I found a little bit of info just from web searches too.
well, me and a friend where out that way two weekends ago, and we hunted from a little after 8 in the morning and we where done at about 11:30ish.
we ended up leaving with 24 in the back of the truck.. we would just drive down the main road until we saw one in the woods, and we would get out and walk in there for a few ,and we would get at least 2 every time.
