    Default Loons

Just curious about regulations regarding the taking of the common Loon. I stick to ducks myself but I saw someone shoot two loons in July on the Denali Highway. Shame really, I'm sure they sound nicer than they taste.

    Default I think it's illegal

I'm almost positive you can't shoot them as well. I've never seen them in any type of regs.

I figured that too but because the guy who was has been shooting them is a "life-long" Alaskan, I was loathe pull him up on the rules.
