Can anyone recommend a website to order canvas prints or even better, is there a place in Anchorage that prints canvas?

I've done business with canvasondemand on the web. Super easy and you can usually find a coupon code online somewhere. Had some done for my Brother and Dad of a picture on a sheep hunt and then for my Sister-in-Law with her first moose. They turned out great and are great gifts!

I have not had any canvas prints done, but I have used Mpix for several other products and have been quite pleased with them. Below is info on their "Gallery Wrap" (canvas)...

How much are you looking to spend? I can recommend a studio that can print oil based on canvas and the results are absolutely amazing...we've had family a portrait done this way.
We do not go to the green woods and crystal waters to rough it, we go to smooth it. We get it rough enough at home; in towns and cities; in shops, offices, stores, banks anywhere that we may be placed

Thanks everyone for the beta. I'll be checking both of those website. Oh, one other question, did you guys upload RAW or jpeg images for the prints.

    Thanks again

It depends on the company. They'll tell you which they prefer, but I suspect it will be either jpeg or tiff, rather than RAW. Surprisingly the commercial lab we use in Kansas City wants jpegs, even for the really big stuff.

    Default MPIX plug

I will add a positive plug for mpix... reasonable rates, fast turnaround, quality.

Wish I could say I've done the canvas print, not yet.

Let us know how it turns out.

Default Mpix comes through big time

They turn a quality canvas print really fast! I uploaded a few images, placed an order and three days later I have the prints at the front door. If you want canvas prints I would go with them. I'll post a pics of the print later.

I have another question, anyone ever print on metal?
