    Default Steiner problems

Does anyone know where I could take my Steiner binoculars to get worked on locally (Anchorage area)? I am having problems with the eye piece coming off. Thanks.

Send them back to Steiner. They will do it right or replace them. My cousin had a pair of 10+ year old predators he sent in of repair and they sent him a brand new pair. I would call them first.

Thumbs up Steiner will help, yes

Mine had that problem for years, then they had the problem that one was missing - all because I strained one of them when they were new; a long time ago.

I got ahold of Steiner and bought two; cheaply; and no problem for many years now. Truly fine binos.

    Default Thanks

Thanks for the information. I checked around town and there is not any certified repair shops in Anchorage. So, I will have to send them back to Steiner.
