Trappping in SC, cant wait!
Anyone else getting ready for the trapping season in south central? I hopeing to use my canoe this year for rats and mink, if everything isnt locked up by Nov 10th.
Where is a good place locally to pick up some stretchers?
I have not checked local prices but there are places that sell them for less than $20/dozen + shipping ($7-10). Pretty good deal I think $2.50 to $3 a piece??
Never hurts to check with Alaska Range Trapping Supplies in Wasilla before ordering through the mail or on-line. Not only are their prices competitive (especially when you factor in shipping to Alaska), but they offer discounts to members of the local trappers association (Alaska Frontier Trappers Association - www.akfta.org) and have been staunch supporters of trapper fund-raising events for years.
