    Nice shots Eddie!

I like your shots. What time of day and weather conditions. I am curios about the lighting. Was it a sunny day and you caught the shots in a sun beam or was the lighted area flashed? A few of the pics look like early morning or at least a nice draw that kept the direct light out.

Thanks Dan! Sounds like you made it home alive!

    ;O)

klickitat, It was afternoon and the sun would hide behind the clouds off and on. I used a polarizer filter, shot between f8 and wide open, ISO 600 to 1,600 and did not use a flash, just direct sunlight with shaded background. I underexposed the shots about two thirds most of the time.

    Those are outstanding images, Tull777!

I imagine that you used the most expensive Canon (or Nikon) camera there is, completely water-proof, one that doesn't produce digital noise, AND... a top of the line tripod made of carbon fiber with a price tag of $7,000. Right?

There's a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore like an idiot.

Thanks, Bruce! That was a fun shoot. The light was just right. I just wish I would have stayed longer, was hoping for another trip the next day, but the sun did not cooperate.

    Thanks much!

I kind of like the "Smart Blur" effect in photoshop too.
