    Default Hunting Valdez in October?

I plan on hunting for bear and goat out of Valdez this October. Should I go the first, middle, or last of the month? I know that it's going to be nasty but any information you can offer on the weather and sea conditions would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,

    K.P.

Default Just hope for NICE weather

Hunting out of Valdez in October can be tricky. If the weather is nice and clear things can be fine. However, if it is raining or snowing the hillsides can be almost very slippery. I would recommend cramp-ons if you hope to get up or down a hill. If the weather is nice you should see plenty of bear and goats.

    Just hope for nice weather!
