Thumbs up Soldier Permits winners win again!

If you were deployed and drew a permit, it looks like you are still going to be able to use it.

    Default Thanks for the help...

Just wanted to throw a big thank you out to Heather Christianson, Jason's wife, who was mentioned in the ADN article. She worked behind the scenes long and hard on helping with this after Jason (Plentycoupe) first brought this issue up right here on the hunting forum.

And Jason sent in a letter too:

I'm not at all surprised the Board voted unanimously to pass this. For those of you affected, ADFG is still working out the logistics for getting your permits reissued. So hang tight. To those of you in the 172nd...welcome home! You're the best.
    Sincerely,

Glad this worked out for them. Thanks to all who contacted the people who could change things and those who changed them.
For those who are getting their permits now - Thanks.

    Thumbs up Kudos to all

To all of you on the forum I would like to post a very big thanks. I could not have done this without the support you have given. To all the Soldiers of the 172nd affected by this....We did it!!!! Enjoy your hunts. Thank you also to Mark Richards with ABHA and all the help he provided. I don't know what I would have done without all your support. For Jason....we are going to get that big sheep after all.....I love you babe and WELCOME HOME!!!!!
