    Question Solo Float Hunting

To you all that do float hunts .
Do any of you do solo hunts ??
I am sure it is not the best thing to do when your way out in the boonies .
If you have how long was the hunt and would you do it again ???
    Thanks

    Default solo

I have done two fly out ten day hunts for moose solo & I can say I really like it nothing beats the feeling of doiing it on your own. Both where floats with pp ic. I can say its a little work when you get one down but not really a big deal after all just enjoy the moment. If I can answer anything let me know. my pic is from one of those.
    happy hunting

Yes the pp did real nice for a solo trip but I will tell you it gets real tight once you put a moose in there but I would & will use one again just about the perfect boat for 1 guy

    Jeff
    Thanks for the pictures.
That is one fine moose !!!!
Your tent looks to be a Cabelas XWT ??? if it is how did you like it ??
On the second picture of you going down the river with the rapids was that with the moose in the boat ??
Did you like the oar saddles ??
Sorry for all the questions Jeff .
With that moose I could see why one would be tired .How far from the river did you get it .

    Thanks again.

Your tent looks to be a Cabelas XWT ??? if it is how did you like it ?? Great tent but heavy am looking for a lighter weight tent. If you need a strong tent this one is a good consideration. I just want to go lighter myself.

On the second picture of you going down the river with the rapids was that with the moose in the boat ?? No that was before the moose I would not want a moose in the boat during those waters

Did you like the oar saddles ?? A must have on a PP

The moose was about 80 yrds off the river (and that was too far lol)

Nice pictures.. Which air service did you use? I do know that some will not take a solo hunter out.
