Default Retry, Looking for fishing location help!!

Hi guys, I have reworded my previous heading since I think it was not understood.

    Here is my word document.

Hey thanks for helping. Here is what is going on. I am a Financial Advisor and myself with a number of my clients are pooling our money together to form a company. We will all have ownership in the company. The company will be purchasing property in Canada and Alaska. The primary purpose is to make money, however we want to have fun too. The idea is instead of someone being able to own one piece of property some place, now as a group we will own lots of property in lots of places. We can all use it for our fun and enjoyment, and oh yeah, we will be making money too. Problem I have is I do not know the better places in Alaska for fishing, so I need any help I can get. My idea is if I purchase for a good price on a place that is very desirable to go to I improve our chances of having the property appreciate in value over the next 2-4 years at which point we will sell for a profit and purchase another.

I have listed the places and the specifics I like, but I am open since I do not know the difference between a really good place vs just any ole place.

Thanks for your help in my endeavor.

    Allan

Again I really appreciate your help with this.

Any feedback, other suggestions, anything when it comes to Alaska I great appreciate.

I look forward to your response. I plan on flying to Alaska next month to visit and make offers on the properties. I anticipate we will have about $200-400k for Alaska. The rest of the money is to purchase properties in Canada.

    Again, thanks.

    Default Come on!!!

Guys I am an outdoorsman just like you. I live in Idaho and love to fish, hunt, atv etc. I am doing this for me and my clients as a way to make money and have fun.

So come on, a little help here.

Danattherock has been great, but even though Dan is the man, he has not been everywhere.

    So come on!!!

My rate is $600/hour. Send payment for the first 12 hours and I'll help out. Otherwise, spend your own time jacking up prices and doing your own research.

Dan, like you, does not live in Alaska, though he does vacation here.

Seriously, I'm shocked that you want people to give you help for free so you can make money.

That some people don't see how truely misguided they are. This thread has to be a joke.

I would invest ALL of my money in a place called Point Lay ....It is easy to get to,...a hop skip and a jump from Anchrage.... great fishing.....HUGE migration of the biggest mammals in the world go right by it every year. AND boy when they hit your line the best fight in the world! Clients will LOVE it there also. Lots to do and see....

    Default Thrown under the bus?

Just in case anyone is wondering, I shared some general insights on the areas of Alaska I have visited when contacted by the OP earlier this week. "Dan is the man" has a nice ring to it and was a warm gesture, but don't read into that too far. A more accurate phrase would be, "In the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king". My time and experiences in Alaska have been isolated to specific areas, namely spending two years in arctic NW, and that was largely my contribution on fishing insights shared with this fellow. The same insights I have shared here with countless others.
