Default How to fix bent rail?

So i have a bent rail, the front rail that runs all around the front half of the boat. Its not bad just been bent down a little. Any tips on how to bend that back without messing anything else up?

well its not made of aluminum, its made from, i would guess stainless steel. Its all one piece with several downtubes to the boat which have a foot, so its removable. The boats in the shop so i can't get a picture now, but its a seasport if that helps

    Lightbulb Handyman

I's suggest a handyman jack and a couple blocks of wood. I would also get some friends to put weight over the uprights on both sides of the bent area so you don't pull your screws out of the fiberglass.

I'd definitely remove the rail from the boat. Then I'd tape the rail with duct tape to protect the finish and use a conduit bender and a good dose of patience.
