Ok, I see Drifter16's thread below. I wasn't sure what happened. I'm rockin' some sort of greenish-gray color. Hard to see what threads I've read.

BTW, off topic, but how do you take a screen shot? I was going to post one and couldn't remember how to take one.

On your keyboard somewhere it will say Print Screen. Once you hit that, open up paint or some other program and paste it into that program....Lemme know if that works...

Generally you have to hit Shift to get to the Print Screen function.

I have a mac. I don't have a print screen button. I emailed my tech guy to find out. I did find an application called "Grab" but it was pretty involved just to take a screen shot.

Tim: Here is what I do:

While holding down the Shift and the Apple button click the number 3. When you click 3 the picture is taken. If your volume is up you can hear a sound like a camera clicking.

Look on your desktop and you should see something like "picture 1"

Hold on there Hunt, I've loved the new color scheme since they first turned it on. I think it is great.

I run XP, but hate the "bubbly" bright blue menus and window frames and stuff. So all my computers and workstations are set for the Windows Classic theme. Much prefer the squared off grey boxes.

I'm about used to the colors now, but I still find it hard to tell if a thread is read or not - I think there are three different colors going and they just aren't different enough.

    now that's funny!

Seriously though - when there is three adjacent threads right by each other each are different shades - I can tell the difference.

But I can't tell which one of the three shades I'm seeing when there is a lot of threads that are the same.

We now get to enjoy a color scheme very close to the exact color scheme that this site's "IT Team" uses on their own forum site.

In this site's defense though, unless you're paying good money you can't carp about little details like the color, style, or manners that your team uses. If its any consolation, many members here have commented publicly with their opinion too regarding this latest advancement in color schemes...

To each their own I say.... ain't my colors though...
