I just wanted to take a minute to state my satisfaction with a recent transaction with Cameraland. I ordered a binocular from their website and, unfortunately, when it arrived it was damaged. I called Cameraland and spoke with Ryan who was very apologetic, told me to send it back, - "just put a little note in there telling me what's wrong", - and they would "make it right". I sent it back to them and within a week had a new pair in my hands. They made it right with me.

Really good, personal customer service. I certainly understand that damage can occur in shipping and they took great care of me.

I'll do business with Cameraland again - good guys!
