    Default 30-06 168 Grain TTSX H4350 loads??

Anyone have any good load for this round? Hoping to use H4350 or Varget. Any tips would also be appreciated- COL etc..

    Thanks,

    Varget is not listed.

Thank you. Any 150 grain loads listed? In speaking to several people, it sounds like I may be better off with the 150 grain TTSX.

    Thanks again,

check out RL 17 for a powder. its' supposed to have the same burn rates as imr 4350 and h4350, but give higher velocity. It's the newest powder from alliant, but there are some amazing reviews for it and it's supposed ot be a great powder. google infomration n it and they'll tell oyu all the deatials about the powder, etc. Alaska custom guns has a bunch and since nobody knows about it yet, it they still have some left. That's the same load I useo in my 30-06- 168ttsx and RL 17. If you're dead set on 150 grains ttsx, use rl19. that's the accuracy powder in the nosler reloading manual with IMR 4350 a short second.

I've primarily pushed 168gn TSX's out of my .30-06 with RL-19. Moderate loads with this powder have been the consistent accuracy performers for me. I've not done as well with 4350. The Varget burn rate is similiar to RL-15, and I've not gotten a consistently accurate performance with either out of my .30-06's.

    +1 on RL19.

    59 gr RL19, Rem 9 1/2LR primer, Winchester cases

This load gives me 2731 fps from a Ruger M77 MKII - not fast but very, very accurate - five shot groups under 1 inch (.918) at 200 yards.
