    Default Saturday Halibut Trip

Stickleback and I ran down to seward to do some pleasure fishing for butts and just have a good time relaxin in the big blue sea. Not to be disappointed we ended up with 2 of our 8 halibuts (group of 4 of use) tipping the scales at 121 and 130, one ling, one silver, and one salmon shark that got away. All in all a great time and looking forward to hanging more big butts in the future.

    Default big butts

how was the traffic at the docks this weekend. with the derby starting we thought it would be a rat race at the docks with no where to even park! I would some day like to own a bigger boat than what were using right now which is a 23' + transom, soft top, jetcraft with outboard. How big of boat did you take out there is my question??

those are some nice fish!! couple of those fill the freezer up quick..Good job! thanks for showing off

We fished Seward today out of the newer boat ramp. Very busy, but everyone had their act together suprisingly and got right in and out. ?Very fast and no complaints at all. Fished Saturday in Homer and had to wait in line longer there than we did today in Seward. I was pleasantly shocked!!
