    Default Just thinkin'....Safety and prep.

It's getting that time of year and the clock is moving fast toward hunting season.

    Just a friendly reminder...

*Check your boat out once, twice and three times never hurts.
*Check your safety gear the same way.
*Have an appropriate tool and repair kit/parts for your specific boat.
*Leave a float plan with someone responsible.
*Wear your PFD. Remember we are in cold Alaskan waters, it's your only chance.

    and last but not least...

If you think you can do it....Chances are you shouldn't. Safety first.
