    Default Wasilla Lake

    I heard of big bows in Wasilla Lake,

    Anybody catch any any them in there???

    What is a good spot to fly fish at wasilla lake??

    I usually just fish at the park.....

    there are big one in there, I've seen 'em in there several times...I have never fished it...

    fish the deep areas with a 15+ foot leader and a prince nymph.

    I actually caught a few bows there once, it shocked the crap out of me
    I choose to fly fish, not because its easy, but because its hard.

    Default Lake lucille is even better

    Fished spawners for the last two years in the spring. 24 inch to 28 inch and two out of three lines going at once. Gotta hit the light just right though. Released 24 fish over 20 inches in three hours. Gotta know the holes thouigh. It is a lot of hit and miss

    ive seen some really big bows at the outlet of cottonwood creek, as well as dollies.
