Default Anyone have any underwater images? Post them here!!

I would like to see what underwater photos anyone may have. Seems like a great niche of photography, but not many on the forum to date. Anyone have any underwater images, let us see them.

Here are a couple from my mentor. He's the man!

Wes has an unbelievable eye. I strived for half his quality. I haven't made it yet but I'll keep trying. Maybe, when I'm an old grandpa, I'll be able to get a few nice U/W shots like wes.

Hey, WOW. Those are really nice. Good job. The ones you took vs those of your mentor do have a different composition, but I like yours just as much, phish.

    Default underwater shot

Not even close to as cool as Phish's pics, but a decent trout shot.

Jake, that's a cool shot of a nice bow!

Goalie, I get Ikelite stuff at 10% below dealer costs but I'm limited to two a year. Let me know if you are in the market.

    Default Been a while

Its been way too long since I have posted anything on here. I am in the process of buying a home in Eagle River and spent the summer hunting, fishing and fixing up my cabin and just have not had the time to spend on line that I usually have. Here are some of my favorite underwater images from the past. I have done quite a few this year as well, just havent spent the time on the computer to process them.

    Enjoy!

These are some spawning reds at the lake above my cabin

And here is a grayling from a denali highway trip a while back.

A spawned out King in ship creek.

And Pinks from 6 mile creek.

I've been reminiscing about Wes quite a bit over the last couple of weeks. Wes died on my former home reef (Boynton Beach, Fl) on July 21st of this year. If any of you get National Geographic, his photo was on last month's cover (Bahama Blue Holes).

We lost a great cave diver, videographer, explorer, photographer, friend, father, and husband.

I was on the Denali Highway without cell reception during his death and didn't hear about it until after the funeral.

I'll be breaking out the camera underwater a little more now....kind of a quiet tribute to a wonderful man.
