    ya know, the latin name suggests that they taste like thyme.... you wouldn't have any first hand knowledge of that , would ya'?

    lol those fish would all be 7-9 inches if everyone thought that way, seriously that big one is probably 20 years old thank you board of fisheries for those fish

    (but yea I'm sure grayling taste just fine)

    however, i can attest to the fact that fresh grayling do , indeed, have a natural hint of thyme.

    grayling are indeed tasty....i think ill pick up a nice one tonite somewhere along the parks. awesome grayling akpm, do you have an olympus camera?

    How do you look thru the viewfinder though?

    If you cut the top fin off and put a dab of plain old table salt on it, it will dry out real good, so you can show it off to the tourists.

    Great grayling photos! What brand of camera do you use and who makes the waterproof camera housing? Looks like you had a fun time on the water using dry flies. I enjoy seeing your photos. Once I figure out how to get attachments out of my photo archives I'll post some of my photos. I have 1000's of film photos to convert to digital, my winter project. Tight lines.
