Default Palmer, near the base of hatchers pass

About 2" of hard crust where it hasn't been blown away!

couple inches in Fairbanks. A little more in the hills but not much. We need snow bad. We are way below normal for this time of year. Getting colder too. 20 below the other night.

Wrangell is managing to keep about 6" or better at sea level. Lot's of machines out.

Thumbs up Snow Report from Winter Park Cabins in Willow AK.

We have about 5" of snow and the lakes have 8" of ice! everbody out ice skaking ,dog mushing, 4-wheeling and a few are snowmaching. The rivers are freezing up and will be ready to run on after the next snowfall. Have fun and be careful out there!

We have got 6+ inches of rain the past 2 weeks and 60 degrees. Above normal even for here. I just hope the precip keeps up when the cold finally comes. Some northern parts of Maine have gotten a little snow but not much.

    Default Snow!!!

Base of Hatchers pass on Palmer side has about 4-6" as of this morning.

Here is a website with snow dept information for areas all over the state. I used to have a better one, but I lost the link. I'll try to find it and pass it on.

Copper Valley area has gotten 4-8 more inches and still snowing. Very fluffy stuff and won't add up to much, but it is something! I'll try to post updates on Eureka and Paxson/Summit areas when info comes in. Ride on!

Probably about 6 inches now. Snowing all day. Fine snow. Much needed and wouldn't hurt if it kept coming!

    Talking 30''

We got almost 30'' over the last week here in the mountains of Northern Idaho...Makes it tough to build a new house and barn, but what a beautiful sight!

We'll send some powder on up for AK ski/snogo fans!
