Talking Bird Creek August 1, 2009

We had an awesome time camping and fishing up in Bird Creek on July 31 and August first, 2009.

OMG, you would to have had to have been there.

The setting was fantabulous, blue sunny skies with fluffy clouds drifting by...average temperature was around 65-72 all day. All the fishermen, women and children were very nice and friendly... many from all over the world fishing....

The fish were hitting like crazy... a few silvers, but mostly pinks and such.

If you were not there... you sure missed an awesome day.

We don't have a grill right now... but we will...and I don't know how to cook them on a grill...

Do you have any suggestions, directions of how YOU like to cook them on a grill???
We put some lemon pepper powder on them, baked them in the oven... and then shot a little lemon juice on them after done and ate them with a fresh garden salad, tomatoes, lettuce bell peppers with Honey Mustard Dressing... drank ice cold milk....
    MMMMMMMMM making me hungry again!!!

Love to hear your best ways to cook salmon.
PS, I know these fish were small, be we had fun catching them and eating them...!!!
