    Default manley boat launch

I know this sounds like a boat question, but does anybody have the latest on the Manley launch and truck parking?? I am looking at the fall Koyukuk hunt and thought about launching there instead of the bridge. Does it really save any time in the long run? thanks bob

2 choices - launching in the slough on the ramp or straight in to the Tanana off the mud bank. The slough can be weedy and tough to get in and out of depending on the water level. The mud bank can be equally challenging depending on your boat and truck. Both are possible and parking has never been a problem Saves you about 60 miles each way but you have to contend with running the lower Tanana
