Default Tips for repairing neoprene waders?

I just bought some neoprene chest waders and used them twice and I already have 2 wear holes in them from my boots (small holes). Whats the best way to fix these? I have shoo-goo and seamgrip, or is there another product that works better?

    Thanks,

and another thumbs up for Aquaseal. It's also the only thing that truely sticks to white bunny boots. Make sure you save time for the repair. It takes an honest 24 hours to dry right.
