Default wright & mcgill hybrid rod

Has anyone out there used the wright & mcgill hybrid rod. i recentlly purchased a 7'6" bait casting rod suited with a calcutta 401 TE for my trip down to tampa, fl to catch some red fish, snook, etc. Is this rod a good rod for fishing this type of fish and could i also bring it back to catch salmon on?

It's hard to tell man. 7'6" rod doesn't tell me much. Is it the MJ? Give me a model number.

The rod is a "Hybrid Series" model number HCOM76C1. I believe the rod will be perfect for what i am trying to do, i just dont have any experience with the W&M rods as i usually stick to g loomis or st. croix
