    Default Onion tips....

    well the onions are DOING quite well....

    so well in fact.. i am looking at all those delicious green tops every day.. singing the soup song... so can i cut/trim those tops with out hurting the nice yellow bulbs underneath?

    My wife trims onion greens regularly. She advises to not cut too many chutes at one time and don't cut them all the way down. What she has cut quickly re-grows. I can't say if there's an impact to the bulb but if there is we sure haven't noticed it.
