    Default Cheney Lake? Trout?

Anyone know if Cheney Lake is open yet for fishing? Last I heard, fish and game where netting to see if there were any left over fishes from the Rotenone Poison used to kill off the pikes. Have they started restocking yet because I would like to catch some decent sized trout? Delong Lake has tiny restock trouts only and there's no action there. Does anyone know any Lakes around the Anchorage to the Palmer/Wasilla area that would gaurantee decent sized catches?

    Thanks in Advance

Fishing Cheney has been a blast for the last few weeks. Should continue that way, they're hitting anything and everything, trout from 5 inches to 13 inches have been landed by the kiddos. Recommend using barbless hooks to make easier on getting the hook off. The smaller trout are fragile.
