Default I contacted Old Town Canoe about a "new freighter" You should do the same.

I contacted Old Town regarding a 19-20 ft. freighter that would have a touch of rocker, 46-50in beam, be made of Royalex, have hull reinforcing thwarts, and have a target price of $1,700. I told them to quit being shrewd and make a new mold for this canoe. I stated that they are missing out on thousands of possible sales because of their ever dwindling product line. I recommend that any forum members interested in bringing this type of freighter into the market should contact feedback@oldtowncanoe.com and just basically state that the e-mail is in regards to "project Grand Lake Freighter". This boat will come about.....I just need support. Spread the word to your non-AOD freinds to contact them too......the more the better. Thanks.

Judging from their current line up it doesn't look like they paid any mind.
