King fishing closed starting Friday. Hopefully a slug will come through and they can make escapement.

But they still remain open for trout or dolly fishing?

I figure I could bring my 4wt up there and take advantage of the relatively crowd free waters.
A bad day fishing is still better than a good day at work.

The way I understand the emergency order is that you can fish the Little Su for trout/dollies but the other streams are closed to all sport fishing.

Yep, till 7/13 then they open back up for other "finfish".

You can fish for rainbows, dollies, grayling etc. in waters not (normaly)open to king salmon fishing. This would be above the highway bridges for most streams and above the markers 1/2 mile upstream of the highway on Montana. Trust me, I'm in the know.
