    Default Shrimping out of Seward

Can anybody help out? Im looking for an area to drop some pots out of Seward any positive inputs would be greatly appreciated.

    Default Not much to say

You have to round the point into Aialik bay before you can drop pots which is more than 30 miles out. I haven't heard anyone brag about their shrimp harvest in that area yet, but that's not to say someone hasn't found a honeyhole and is keeping quiet about it either. Whittier has much closer shrimping and it has been hot this year.

We went out there in April and only bagged 7 bugs in 5 soaks. We were near three hole? and a little north. I wouldn't go out there for the shrimp, but I wouldn't leave my pots behind if I was going for the Buts

    I sent you a PM
How stupid is it to be wasting tons of salmon and halibut as bycatch in the Bering Sea and then have the coastal villages hollaring they have no food? It's got to stop!
