    Default Mould rental? Trade?

I know there are a few of us here in FBX that cast.
How about getting together and doing mould swaps?(loan)

Here is what I need to use
    300gr + or - .430 LFN for Bear loads.
.308 GC for my .308 win.
I would also be willing to "rent" a mould for a week.

I have about 10 moulds that I would be willing to loan out in trade.

If you are in need of a mould, post it here.

    Scott, Whacha' got in molds?
I am in Fairbanks also. Rather than renting molds, we might get together for a casting session.
I have a two-holer Lee 310 grain that I like a lot. I also have a Lee six-holer that I have never used If I get it working, it should turn out massive quantities of boolits.
I am looking for a .314299 to cast for a 7.7 Jap. Also, any heavy 7mm mold.

    Great idea!
I'm a newbie and have on order the following 6 cavity lee moulds for plinkin rounds. Once I get them broke in I'd be willing to share.

    200gr .44 RNFP plain base
    255gr .45 RNFP plain base
    150gr .358 RN plain base

    I am looking for:

    350-360 .452 gas check
    300-320 .430 gas check

LBT style. I'll probably have these custom made eventually.

Thanks Scott. If I don't sell the 44 I'll take you up on it. I have my SBH for sale along with dies, a mould and boolits and brass. I want to get another 45. A single action. Either a 5.5 stainless bisley 45 Colt, maybe a sbh hunter or a BFR 454. Anyway, here is a mould I picked up last summer for 45's. It's an LBT custom that I bought from a guy who had Veral Smith make it for him. It's a .452 350 gr cast with WW with no gc. Large (80%) metplat. Here's pic of it next to a Castperformance 360gr. More bullet in front of the crimp groove. Less in the case for more room for powder. I call it The Hammer

Thats a nice one, it's pretty close to th same profile as for my 44 mould.

When I talked to Veral, He recomended the mould for my Redhawk,
He told me that he designed it for the Redhawk, It shoots great!

    love them moulds
