    Default Fish Processing in Wasilla

Any good recommendations for fillet and vacuum packing in Wasilla?
We do not go to the green woods and crystal waters to rough it, we go to smooth it. We get it rough enough at home; in towns and cities; in shops, offices, stores, banks anywhere that we may be placed

    Default Mat valley Meats

Palmer/ Wasilla Highway Just past Hyer rd. Where the bus barn is.

I've never used them for fish, but have done some game sausage with them before, no complaints.

Only 1 nice chrome colored hog though. Anywho...got home at midnight monday night, had tto come to work on Monday for a bit but spent the rest of the day cleaning fish..and honestly..I just don't feel like doing the rest, LOL.
