    Default gulkana fly fishing

I was wondering if I could get a few pointers on flys for the gulkana. I was going to hit the red at the clutina and was thinking about running up tp the gulkana for a day for some king fishing. Any advice would be great.

    Default Lower River

Standard stuff Elk Hair Caddis, Madam X, Griffith gnat, Coachman Trude, Hairs ear bead hear.

Do not expect to find large numbers of fish in most King fishing areas that is not to say the fishing is not there just not as productive as the Upper Sections nor are the fish large in size.

You might find your-self in to a decent bow down there but no large-ish grayling.

Between Sourdough Landing and Sailors pit is better Grayling fishing than from Sailors Pit to the bridge.

    Tight Lines
