Many old reports on them in the archives if you do a search for vortex. The optics forum would be a good place to look as well. The generally consensus is that they make a great mid level bino comperable to Minox. Of the two I went w/ minox because they are lighter and I couldn't tell a difference between the two optically.

Both my kids have them and they've held up to that torture test just great. They have the entry level Diamondback binos. I have used them on a couple hunts and they are a fantastic bino for the money.

I have a couple friends with the upper level binos and they are also happy.

In my case I have one of their Diamondback scopes on my thrasher 30-06 and it has held up remarkably. Lots of soakings in the rain, lots of time in the scabard on my wheeler and snowmobile over the last two years. It hasn't caused me a single issue.

    Good products for the money.
