Default Why dip if you do not use?

Thought selling personal use fish was against the law.

Why get over a thousand hooligan if you do not eat them? Does this seem a bit fishy to anyone else?

Maybe you should consider forwarding that to Wildlife Enforcement. Even though it says they are free they are still asking for a donation. If it isn't outright illegal it is right on the line. I think that if they don't eat them or use them for bait they should leave them for others who do.

Called the troopers, who gave me another number as they are in the middle of some 911 calls.

The number they gave is to a fish and game biologist, who in turn gave me the number for the troopers.

Will try again after awhile. Maybe the 911's will be resolved and they will have time to look into black market hooligan.

It does chap my hide to see folks take a resource they have no intention of using.

    Default Lets Flood them...

With emails telling them that dipping for fish (salmon or hooli's) if for personal use.

Their add says they got over a thousand of them and they don't eat them.

UPDATE: The craigslist admin robot said the address is no longer valid to accept emails.

Looks like they pulled the ad.

Probably got all kind of 'friendly' phone calls from folks educating them on fish and game regs.

The ad keeps getting posted and folks keep flagging it for removal.

Been re-posted several times since yesterday. I managed to save one of them with the guys phone number on it. I am at work now and cannot report it though. Maybe if several of us called them, someone would look into the issue.

If people keep abusing fisheries with no limits, pretty soon we will see limits and other regulations imposed on all of us.
