I have a .416 Ruger , and I will check my data and get back to you.
I have had good results with Speer 350 grain Mag Tips. Seems to penetrate
well , and I have no wish for more recoil.
I had trouble finding dies , so haver been limping along with a couple other
sets. I just ordered from Redding.
I'll be back in a day or so with my data. H4350 so far with 350 grainers.

    Smile .416 Ruger data

I have seen no published data on the .416 Ruger , but Jon Sundra had
a wildcat built last year. I believe it is IDENTICAL to the factory round ,
but you may want to read the article yourself on thier website,
(RifleShooter magazine) Great article, and I believe he beat Hornady
    to it.
I am loading 73gr. H4350 with the 350 Speer Mag Tip. Federal 215m
primers. I have not chronographed yet , but would guess 2400 with the
    350. My rifle has a Ruger factory synthetic stock, just like the Compact
Magnums. I removed the Hogue(nice stock , but a little chunky for me).
I have loaded the 400gr. Hornady rn with 68gr H4350 , but have not
fired them yet. My loads have NOT been pressure tested . Always start
    low and work up.
    I have a 1 x 4 Leupold in QD Warne mounts . Very handy . The open
sights are great , and were zeroed at about 60yds.
I better get back to work.
