Default Motor being rebuilt what should I demand

I have a 350 being rebuilt. What should I ask the mechanic to do for tolarences and/or balanceing. This will be put back in my jet boat. It is a carburated motor that was originally pushing 350 horse before I cavitated it at Ninilchick and it over revved. The mech diagnoised it as a spun rod bearing.Any things that should be done while hes in there as preventive maintence? Oil pump for sure. Rev limiter? Thanks

MSD Ignition with a rev limiter, ounce of prevention.

I would also look at having perfect circle rod guides.

Make sure to pre-oil engine before trying to start it for the first time.
