Default Just checked the bait station

Griz again and in a new spot. Baited with maple syrup, COB and bread only. I hope he goes away. That's a 20 gallon beer keg.

    Wow he's pretty good size.
We do not go to the green woods and crystal waters to rough it, we go to smooth it. We get it rough enough at home; in towns and cities; in shops, offices, stores, banks anywhere that we may be placed

nice bear, don't you wish you saw him somewhere other than on bait???

need to let us know how big that can was, from your pics looks like a 23"-24" skull (ok, maybe not that big but i can dream can't i?)?

Cool Send him on his way.

When your brown bear leaves your bait site give him my cell # and have him call me I would love to meet him in another location I drew the tag and would love to give him a free arrow behind the shoulder. Hopefully he moves on soon I'm still looking

    Default it will be ok

Donít worry about it. I had one that was at my stand last year and within an hour a nice black bear was in. The grizz seen by tree can and busted it but it was still lined up to take pics of the black bearPIC0017.jpg

I'm on the KP refuge. It's a 20 gallon beer keg. I had 10 different browns on my site last year in 12 days. Only a few blacks came in and none more than once. Camera is a moultri in a armor box. He put a few nose and paw prints on it but never damaged it.

Default Send me the Brown Bear

He looks like a nice BIG one! Just needs to come out of the refuge and away from a bait, I've got the golden ticket just havent found one yet to put an arrow through. I live in Kasilof but will relocate to kill one of these big boys. So if anyone has one of these NOT on a bait pm me and I'll be happy to fill my tag.

    Default no hits yet

Still no hits on my bait as of saturday on the refuge, this is the longest ive ever gone in this spot without a hit, hope we get one soon will check again tomorrow. Casper that looks an awful lot like the brown bear that was camped on my site last year.
