Default Deska River Run Expected to Be Very Poor

I saw an article on this.

I will be working in Lake Creek/Yentna river. Does this affect this area also?

    Default Anyone?

Does anyone know if the Deshka's poor run will affect the Lake Creek/Yentna River?

My guess: The lake creek run will be a bust although chelatna lake might have kept the water in upper lake creek cold so maybe the run won't be that bad.

However that's just a guess the Deshka is not an indicator of how lake creek will fish.
I choose to fly fish, not because its easy, but because its hard.

It won't have any direct effect.... BUT....

If for some reason, the poor Deshka return were to trigger any EO's to restrict gillnetting for No. District kings, that could mean a few more fish for the other Susitna tribs.
