    Question SE - POW shrimping

Can anyone point me in the right direction for sport shrimping southeast and POW regulations? Want to make sure I'm on the up and up and don't end up with a ticket. Thanks

If you are a resident, then you can follow the "personal use" regs.. If you are a non-res, then you have to use the sport regs.. (grin)

They recently changed the sport regs to screw over the non-res sport shrimpers, so if you aren't a resident, read those sport regs very carefully.

I see there is a closure for shrimping in 12-mile Arm on the East side.

I like to think of it as favoring Alaska resident personal use shellfishers!!!
